چکیده
Regarding rapid population’s increase rate and only 10% crude oil and production in Iran, require higher attention to oil seeds production. Dragons head (Lallemantia iberica) is one of adopted crop that has more than 30% oil content. To evaluation of 12 landraces of Dragon under Rain fed condition, this experiment carried out in randomized complete block design (RCBD) with three replications in research field of Dry land Agricultural Research Institute (DARI) in Maragheh during of 2012-13 growing season. The treatments were: seeding rate of 400 seeds.m-2 and three sowing time; late winter or Entezari planting, spring planting and spring with supplemental irrigation. Results of combined analysis of variance showed that the effects of time, landraces, and their interactions were significantly different for some traits and mean grain yield comparison showed that the average time of Entezari and spring with supplemental irrigation, compared with spring sowing had higher yield than spring planting. Also, there were significant correlation between seed yield with plant height (67.0) and seed germination (39.0). Bostan-abad landrace have the average seed yield of 972 kg.ha-1, Hashtrood landrace with 966 kg.ha-1 and Herris landrace with 925 kg.ha-1 produced the highest seed yield. To introduce of proper landraces for Iranian dry lands further researches should be proposed.
